SAP Basis Consultant
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. As an experienced professional in SAP Basis and related technologies, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Applications.
* Gain hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
* Work on projects involving SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Utilize technical troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and design mechanisms for end-to-end problem-solving.
* Contribute to the migration process (on-premise to Cloud/Cross Cloud/Cross DCs).
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of SAP Basis concepts and related technologies.
* Excellent customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making skills.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals.
* Ability to understand escalation handling and procedures.
