As a Technology Support Specialist, you will provide remote IT assistance for employees in Brazil. Your exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills are crucial in resolving technical issues efficiently. A process-oriented mindset with the ability to work individually and as part of a larger team is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
* Ensure timely updates on ticket progress to customers
* Work remotely with customers to resolve technical issues
* Utilize an internal knowledge base to find and provide solutions to known issues
* Research and resolve issues using external information when needed
* Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Properly escalate issues to necessary parties when required
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* A degree in Information Systems or equivalent program, or a proven track record of IT experience is required.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
* Background working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
* Additional Skills:
* Preference given to candidates with experience in the Advertising and/or Marketing industry
* Experience supporting centrally managed computer environments
* Experience with A/V environments is a plus
