Senior ServiceNow Consultant
This key role involves leading the ServiceNow implementation and ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and its application within an IT organization.
* Determine the optimal ServiceNow configuration to meet the needs of the organization.
* Provide expert guidance on the development and management of ServiceNow applications.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A ServiceNow Administrator certification or equivalent.
* Experience in scripting and integration within ServiceNow.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
