Sales Leadership Opportunity
As a sales leader at our organization, you will drive growth across Latin America by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
About the Role:
This sales role requires the ability to manage key accounts across LATAM, building senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM, as well as a strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
• Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of improvement.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
• Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely with excellent territory/time management skills.
• Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
