About the Role
As a Business Developer for Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by identifying high-revenue potential channels on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization, with excellent English communication skills and negotiation abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Channel Identification: Identify high-revenue YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with business goals.
* Partner Engagement: Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess channel value and potential.
* Commercial Proposal Development: Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and owners.
* Onboarding and Partnership Management: Onboard new partners into operational processes and explore new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate company growth.
Collaborating closely with platform managers, data/strategy teams, and company executives is essential to align business opportunities with strategic priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.
* Creator Economy Expertise: A genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms is necessary.
* Negotiation and Deal-Making Abilities: Proven negotiation and deal-making abilities are essential for success in this role.

* Business Development Experience: Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment is highly valued.
