Job Title: SAP Technical Cutover Manager
About This Role
As a seasoned technical leader, you will spearhead end-to-end SAP technical activities to ensure seamless execution of the project.
This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding project members, and overseeing the entire process from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, coordinate, and manage all technical aspects of the project to guarantee its success.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through project management tools, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Required Skills And Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW and more) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is required for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
