We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute software development projects, overseeing all stages of project life cycles.
2. Collaborate closely with product teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, utilizing Agile methodologies to plan sprints and coordinate teams.
3. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery.
5. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a productive and motivated work environment.
6. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 2 to 5+ years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development.
* Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex product requirements.
* Excellent English communication skills, ranging from intermediate to fluent.
* College degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus.
