Lead a Commercial Sales Team
Achieve growth and success in our fast-paced sales organization by leading a team of motivated and diverse individuals. Foster an environment of success, participate in customer and prospect meetings, assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives. Deliver weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to help exceed their goals.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales for Latin America and lead a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our SMB and Mid-Market products.
This role requires understanding of our technical and competitive landscape. You must have exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills. A proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams is also required.
Requirements
* 5+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
* 1+ years of management or team lead experience
* Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
* Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
* Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
* Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
