Executive Assistant to a US CEO — Sales-Driven, Self-Starters Only
Read this whole thing before you apply. It's a filter.
We place Executive Assistants with US home-service business owners. You won't be a task-rabbit. You'll be the CEO's right hand — the person who moves the needle on whatever the business needs that week.
Your #1 job: make sure deals close. Appointment setting, direct sales, follow-up that doesn't quit. From there it widens — hiring providers, dispatching, customer satisfaction, finding new ways to grow the business. We're not hiring an assistant. We're hiring a mini-CEO who makes the big CEO's life bigger.
This role is for people who take the reins. Nobody is going to hand you a checklist every morning. You see the gap, you close the gap. If you need to be told what to do next, stop reading — this will frustrate both of us.
The pay grows when you do:
* Start at $1,000/mo
* Hit your first KPI → $1,250/mo
* Hit the next → $1,400/mo
* Performance bonuses from the business owner on top — up to $400/mo more
The ceiling moves because you move it. We don't cap people who produce.
What you need to have:
* Fluent, clear, neutral English — easy for a US homeowner to understand on a call
* Proven sales or appointment-setting background (show us the receipts)
* Comfortable owning a number, not just doing tasks
* Cold calling is a plus, not a must
The non-negotiables — apply only if these are a yes:
* Available across all US time zones (PST/CST/MST/EST)
* Up to 50 hours/week. This is firm.
* Saturday mornings when the business needs it
* Comfortable with Hubstaff time tracking. We use it for transparency, not to micromanage or punish — that's not how we operate. But it's part of the job.
If you read the hours and the ownership bar and felt more interested, not less — you're who we're looking for. Hit Easy Apply. If you're a fit, we'll come back to you fast — we move quick when we find the right person.
