 
        
        Main Responsibilities:
 * Elicit, analyze and document business requirements for continuous improvement
 * Aid in defining acceptance criteria and provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT)
 * Create, execute and maintain test cases and scripts for functional, regression and integration testing
 * Identify, document and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution
 * Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality
 * Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities
 * Pursue ongoing quality enhancement initiatives
Key Skills and Qualifications:
 * 2-3 years of combined experience in business analysis and quality assurance with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules preferred)
 * Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation
 * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies and business analysis best practices
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
 * Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Able to establish strong internal and external relationships
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plus
