Job Overview:
Being an SAP FICO Senior Consultant should be able to independently lead the module and drive & participate in business requirements workshops, conduct business meetings, system customizing, develop functional specifications, interact with business stakeholders, testing, train business users, master data, go live, support post go live.
Demonstrate working experience of E-invoicing Reporting to Brazil government through Nota Fiscal.
Brazilian Government and tax regulations.
Demonstrate working experience of 6+ years with local taxation and Import & Export documentation for Brazil
Strong Material Ledger experience
Lead team and work with them to address customer concerns.
Independently handle the accounts/projects either Implementations, Transformation, or support engagements.
Tax reporting tool integrations.
Primary Skills (required):
Minimum 10+ years' experience in SAP FI and CO modules
Minimum of 3 full SAP E2E implementation experience with at-least 2 implementations on SAP FICO preferably in a lead role
Material Ledger experience is a must
Costing Experience is a must
Finance accounting and Banking
Minimum of 3 full SAP E2E implementation experience with at-least 2 implementations on SAP FICO preferably in a lead role
Knowledge in Record to Report Macro Process (R2R)
Expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting
Areas in controlling must include Product Costing, COPA, Profit Centre, and Cost Centre Accounting as well as Internal Order Management.
Understanding and minimum of 6+ years of working experience on LATAM legal & Statutory localization requirements.
Comprehensive understanding of SAP's customizing toolset, including IMG (Implementation Management Guide).
Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems
Strong business process knowledge in accounting, finance and controlling
At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Experience in conduction workshops and freeze the requirements
Experience in preparation of blueprints and solution documents
Experience in writing functional specifications
Knowledge of LSMW and other migration tools
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Involvement with FI integration focuses on other SAP-based ERP modules like SD, MM, HR, PP, and PM.
Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.
Portuguese speaking to communicate with Local business users and English to communicate with wider team globally.
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
Good team player and should be able to work individually
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Available for occasional travel, especially during phases such as workshops and go-live
Secondary Skills (preferred):
SAP technical experience (Basic to Intermediate level only)
Debugging (Basic Level) Familiar with User-Exits/BADIs and other enhancements available
Capable of working with developer in Reporting, ALE, EDI-Mapping, Interface.
Exposure to FSCM would be an added advantage
Exposure to other SAP modules is desirable.
Additional domain experience will be an advantage.
