Description:
We seek a driven, tech-savvy Professional Service Manager to deliver professional services to clients, set up features, integrate platforms, and migrate data. You will collaborate with CS and R&D teams to streamline customer onboarding and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Meet with clients daily to deliver services.
* Complete offline tasks as assigned.
* Build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
* Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Work with CS and R&D teams for a seamless experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a SaaS company (must).
* Native-level English proficiency (must).
* Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager to learn, and curious.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure.
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm.
