* Experience working with EU and EIB financed projects
* Urban planning, renewal, and regeneration
* Transition to a climate-neutral economy and environmental sustainability
* Carbon neutral cities, land use, and transport integration
* Sustainable urban mobility plans, smart cities, and eco-districts
* Brownfield regeneration, cultural heritage, and urban/climate mitigation & adaptation
* Territorial governance mechanisms and partnerships
* Territorial just transition plans and similar, territorial impact assessment
* Urban infrastructure, municipal utilities, green buildings, and business infrastructure
* Re-purposing abandoned buildings, mining sites, lands, and stranded assets
