OPERATIONAL LEADER

Plan and lead operational teams, monitor equipment and team performance, ensure compliance with production and quality standards, and identify training needs.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Monitor activities, resolve issues, and oversee process execution;
2. Prepare daily reports for internal and external clients;
3. Analyze daily production to meet service levels agreed with clients;
4. Implement new services and projects;
5. Control the receipt and dispatch of documents within the sector;
6. Participate in process improvements to reduce costs and increase quality;
7. Mediate conflicts and resolve team relationship issues;
8. Participate in hiring and firing processes;
9. Monitor individual productivity and service quality;
10. Train and provide feedback to team members;
11. Manage attendance, vacation scheduling, overtime, and absences;
12. Maintain sector organization and cleanliness;
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
14. Track sector progress and development;
15. Measure production volume for billing purposes.

Required Education: High School Diploma

Desired Technical Skills: Intermediate Office Suite; Mathematical calculations; Production control and planning; People management; Knowledge of the specific operational process.
