Job Description:
The Document Management Associate II is responsible for the processing, maintaining, and archiving of all essential documents in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Process, review, and resolve rejected Trial Master File (TMF) documents for complex studies or Sponsor portfolios of studies.
* Perform periodic TMF Quality Control to ensure adherence to regulatory, ICH GCP, Sponsor, and industry best practices.
* Work with electronic document management systems to review, classify, and process Essential Documents.
The successful candidate will work closely with the RMC Lead to report trends and issues relevant to the TMF and escalate any quality issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in the use of electronic document repositories and document recognition skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Sound judgment and ability to identify decisions requiring supervisory approval.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in a life science field and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
