This is a unique opportunity for you to not only accelerate your international career but also work in a groundbreaking company.We are now assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding their product team with a UX Engineer / Front-end Engineer (React.js).What You’ll DoDesign, implement, and maintain React.js software components with a strong focus on usability and user experience.Collaborate with Product Managers to align product requirements, anticipate risks, and propose scalable solutions.Communicate with diverse stakeholders (PMs, developers, and end-users) to ensure visibility into product quality and progress.Participate in code reviews, supporting best practices and identifying potential quality issues.Identify, document, and track software defects, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.Must-HavesSolid experience with React.js and UX practices.Strong background in software quality (testing, documentation, defect analysis).Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience working in multidisciplinary, agile teams.English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written).Nice-to-HavesExperience in UX/UI environments, directly collaborating on usability and design projects.Previous work in digital agencies or design-focused consultancies.Soft SkillsCollaborative mindset, oriented toward quality and continuous improvement.Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.Perks @UbimindsPlacement in U.S. product teams.Remote-first culture + MacBook provided.English lessons, referral bonuses, tech talks, and more.Full back-office support: HR, career development, and administrative services.
