About the Team
The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, and retention of billions of users/consumers through our globally popular products.
We are building platforms, leveraging data, and providing end-to-end solutions to power business growth globally.
Typical growth projects include paid ads, referrals and promotions.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Responsible for local user growth and implement relevant best-selling products strategies, both for acquisition and retention.
2.Familiar with best-selling products strategy including category characteristics, consumer hobbies in TikTok platform insights.
3.Work closely with growth product and related regional teams, organize and coordinate the projects with them, produce analysis, reviews and insights together with data analysis team.
4.Iterate insights and strategies about product selection for the team to drive a sustainable business growth.
**Qualifications**:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
At least 3 years experience in user growth, merchandising or promotion operation.
2.Familiar with Latam market, a big plus with experience in the e-commerce industry.
3.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese to coordinate with stakeholders from across the team.
4.Data driven and proactive.
Strong ownership, commitment, responsibility for business objectives.
Open minded to work in a fast-paced environment.
