About the Role
Our company is seeking a skilled Paid Media Ad Copywriter to create high-performing copy across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft compelling headlines, primary text, CTAs, scripts, and short-form hooks that resonate with each platform's audience behavior.
* Develop messaging for various funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to optimize conversions and drive engagement.
* Collaborate closely with designers and video editors to align visuals and copy for cohesive creative execution.
* Write multiple copy variations for A/B testing and analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience writing copy for paid media platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Google.
* Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how copy impacts them.
* Proven track record in direct response, lead generation, or performance marketing.
* Excellent command of English, with attention to detail and tone adaptation.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or lead generation industries.
* Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC)-style scripting and short-form video ad copy.
* Basic understanding of media buying and campaign structure.
* Knowledge of AI-driven creative workflows (text-to-video, voiceovers, etc.).
