Role Overview
As a Training Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training sessions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions required to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site.
Responsibilities
* Analyze training needs and determine session requirements;
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required;
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution;
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program;
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required;
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool;
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2;
Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations;
* Exposure to an international work environment;
* High-level understanding of the training landscape;
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must;
* Team player;
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts;
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities;
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM;
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage;
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement;
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint;
