Join the revolution in sugarcane productivity and help drive bioenergy toward a decarbonized future!We are looking for a Researcher II (Vector Design & Trait Expression) to join our team.As a Researcher II, you will be responsible for the design, assembly, and validation of DNA vectors used for trait expression in sugarcane, aligned with our product development pipeline. Your mission is to ensure that all vectors meet high technical and quality standards and are ready for downstream applications in plant transformation. You will work actively on the selection and validation of vector components—such as promoters, terminators, and genes of interest—and develop tailored expression strategies for use in plant systems, calli, or heterologous models. This includes hands-on molecular cloning, vector construct design, and routine expression assays to confirm vector performance.
