Job Title: Strategic Business Growth Associate
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Growth Associate. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring smooth project and account management execution.
Main Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Account Management (80%): Identify, research, and connect with potential partners aligned with our offerings. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners. Collaborate across internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives. Draft partnership proposals, client communications, and supporting documents. Track partnership and account performance metrics; prepare reports as needed. Support project coordination related to partner programs and onboarding.
* Support for the Chief Growth Officer (20%): Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps. Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities. Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation. Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Sales Coordination is required. Project Management or Account Management certification or diploma is a strong asset. Familiarity with digital displays, interactive technology, or related digital/tech industries is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or accounts at once. Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
