We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ServiceNow platform development and enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Design, develop, and implement complex IT service management solutions including configuration management, discovery, and service mapping.
 * Proven experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
 * Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
 * Evaluate and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Drive the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; influence common modeling, design, and coding practices. Perform thorough testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor ServiceNow releases.
Develop and maintain automated test suites to validate core ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues. Maintain documentation for development and configuration efforts.
