What You’ll Do
* Handle inbound calls and convert leads into booked appointments
* Follow up with warm and cold leads (calls + SMS)
* Manage conversations and pipeline inside CRM (Go HighLevel)
* Respond quickly and guide leads toward booking
* Ensure a strong, professional first impression

* High lead-to-appointment conversion rate
* Fast response time (calls and SMS)
* Fully booked schedules
* Consistent follow-up with all leads
* Positive patient feedback
Requirements (Must-Have)
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Experience with lead conversion, appointment setting, or phone sales
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Self-motivated and performance-driven
Nice to Have
* Experience with Go HighLevel CRM or similar
* Background in healthcare, wellness, or service-based businesses
