Job Title: VIP Account Manager Location: Brazil - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through prospecting and networking.
* Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Help execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
* Work closely with senior team members to design and implement and improve VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers.
* Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Assist in preparing reports on VIP performance and account development.
* Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the betting or online gaming industry.
* A wallet or existing player base would be incredibly valuable and sought after.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
* Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino market is a plus.
* Comfortable working with data and reports to understand customer behavior.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
* Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
