About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Sales Enablement Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of global sales training and certification programmes focused on enterprise AI solutions.
This role combines project management, learning operations, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, reporting, and programme administration. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and training providers to ensure enablement initiatives are delivered effectively and provide measurable business impact.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Programme & Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary coordinator for enterprise AI sales enablement programmes.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and external training partners to ensure programme objectives, milestones, and deadlines are achieved.
* Maintain project plans, documentation, and governance processes to support successful programme delivery.
* Monitor programme progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Budget, Funding & Vendor Administration
* Support funding applications, approvals, and associated programme documentation.
* Coordinate budget allocation and funding activities across learning initiatives.
* Track programme expenditure, certification vouchers, and associated costs.
* Monitor supplier and vendor expenses against budget forecasts.
* Build effective working relationships with external training providers and partners.
Training & Certification Operations
* Administer professional certification programmes, workshops, and specialist sales training.
* Coordinate virtual and instructor-led training sessions, including scheduling, learning resources, labs, and facilitators.
* Manage certification voucher ordering, distribution, tracking, and reconciliation.
* Coordinate participant communications and scheduling across multiple regions and time zones.
Event & Logistics Management
* Collaborate with learning, marketing, and business teams to promote enablement programmes and maximise participation.
* Plan and deliver workshops, bootcamps, and multi-day training events.
* Coordinate facilities, catering, travel arrangements, and event logistics where required.
* Manage invitations, attendance tracking, and event execution.
* Ensure all programme and event requirements are met in line with established standards.
Reporting & Programme Analytics
* Create and maintain dashboards that measure programme effectiveness and learner engagement.
* Track participation, certification achievements, completion rates, and training outcomes.
* Maintain accurate programme records and reporting databases.
* Reconcile external reporting with internal programme records.
* Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation
* Prepare and maintain programme documentation and proof-of-execution records.
* Compile participant information, completion metrics, training evaluations, and supporting evidence.
* Ensure all programme documentation is audit-ready and compliant with internal requirements.
* Support reporting and governance processes across learning initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in learning operations, sales enablement, project administration, programme coordination, or a related field.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Smartsheet.
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
* Experience supporting AI, technology, or enterprise sales enablement programmes.
* Knowledge of certification programme administration.
* Experience working with external vendors, training providers, and strategic partners.
* Experience coordinating global programmes across multiple geographies and time zones.

Salary for this role is up to USD 97,000 per annum.
This is a B2B FTC based remotely within South America with an expectation to work close to EST working hours.
