Expert Technical Interviewer
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of expert technical interviewers. As an interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software development and a proven track record of evaluating candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit. You will leverage your technical expertise to conduct unbiased evaluations and provide detailed assessments of candidate performance.
The role requires excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish, as well as the ability to stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices. You will also collaborate with our team to continuously improve interview frameworks and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key qualifications include 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Additionally, you should have prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training, and be able to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations. A reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews are also required.
