Software Development Leader

* Main role within the Global Solutions Team;
* Technical leadership: Oversee complex projects, assist the team with problem solving by offering suggestions and providing feedback, ensure quality, performance and security.
* Project Management: Guarantee valuable deliveries, timeline, ceremonies, project metrics, remove obstacles, manage risks, report project status, collect lessons learned and propose changes to improve results.
* People Management: Appraisals, IDP, feedback, 1:1 meetings, ensure processes are followed, boost productivity, technical and soft skills, motivate the team, provide career direction, hiring and dismissal process, retain talents.
