Customer Service Professional
We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Professionals to provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.
About the Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective issue resolution.
* Analyse and address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Record and update customer data and other relevant information as necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Support documentation and administrative needs within the department.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in an international setting.
* Fluency in English is mandatory. Portuguese language proficiency is also required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a dynamic environment with rotating shifts and night schedules.
* Familiarity with crypto or fintech industries is highly desirable but not essential.
