Job Title: Head of Sales - LATAM

Location: Brazil (São Paulo-based)

is a Media Tech company based in India & UAE with teams across India, The Philippines, Pakistan, UAE, and Thailand. We have deep expertise in leveraging technology and media to drive highly engaged users on iOS & AOS apps.

Additionally, we have developed our own proprietary DSP platform, \ "ClusterX\"—a demand-sideplatform built for digital advertising buyers to promote all forms of advertising for awareness as an objective. ClusterX was developed to help brands effectively manage online advertising with precise, real-time targeting and seamless multi-channel support.

As we launch our expansion into the Latin American (LATAM) market, we are establishing our regional hub in Brazil. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales leader based in São Paulo to help us seed the market, win major advertisers, and scale our regional footprint.

We are a team of passionate innovators and data-driven experts dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital advertising. If you are ready to own a market and pioneer our growth in LATAM, we want you on our team.

The Role:

As the Head of Sales / Country Manager – LATAM, you will be directly responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pitching, and closing enterprise deals in Brazil+ Mexico and the wider LATAM region. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, with a strong emphasis on our core offerings: affiliate marketing for app performance and programmatic advertising via our ClusterX DSP.

This is a milestone role for our global expansion. You will have the unique opportunity to build and manage your own sales pipeline from the ground up, shape our regional growth strategy, and work closely with our global product and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and map new clients across the LATAM ecosystem—including mobile app developers, major advertising agencies, fintech platforms, and top-tier brands—who can benefit from our performance-based and branding solutions.
* Sales Cycle Management: Hands-on management of the entire sales cycle, from initial outbound outreach and lead qualification to conducting deep-dive product/DSP demos, navigating localized contract negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
* Market Localization & Strategy: Adapt the Prismatix and ClusterX value proposition to align with the unique cultural nuances, buying behaviors, and regulations of the Brazilian and broader LATAM adtech markets.
* Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Build a predictable, scalable sales pipeline. Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting metrics to present directly to global leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
* Location: Must be permanently based in São Paulo, Brazil with deep familiarity with the local business landscape.
* Industry Experience: 7+ years of commercial experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, performance marketing, or mobile user acquisition (iOS/AOS).
* Network: An established, active network of contacts among local mobile app growth marketers, digital agencies, and enterprise brands in Brazil.
* Language Skills: Native fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English are required (as you will collaborate daily with global teams). Proficiency in Spanish is a major plus for broader LATAM expansion.
* Attributes: A self-starter mindset with the resilience to operate as an individual contributor initially, with the vision to scale into a regional team leader as revenue grows.
