Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a Senior IT Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex IT projects. Proven expertise in leading global E-Invoicing programs, EDI, or tax-driven IT solutions, ensuring legal compliance across multiple countries and SAP landscapes (S/4HANA and ECC). Experience in driving global XSTORE upgrade projects (preferably V25), enabling standardized retail setups. Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), IT change and release management, and process management in regulated environments. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence, MS PowerPoint, Teams, and preferably Clarity PPM. Solid experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC, particularly in billing and interface management. Ability to translate legal and fiscal requirements into IT solutions. Proven experience in coordinating external service providers and system integrators. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, rhetoric, and presentation skills. PMP or comparable project management certification is highly desirable. <
