As a facilitator of major ART events, you will be responsible for managing the ART calendar and ensuring program-level cadence. You will also coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Salesforce and JIRA, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure alignment with stakeholders and leadership.
