Job Description
This role is responsible for serving as a strategic liaison between stakeholders, requiring strong relationship-building skills and operational insight.
* Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high-quality recruitment services are delivered.
* Become a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders by offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Lead the performance management of the recruitment team to consistently meet service level agreements and key performance indicators.
* Analyze operational data to proactively solve issues and improve recruiting processes.
* Influence team members to achieve delivery goals and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing roles. This includes:
* Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
* Oversight of the recruitment delivery team's performance to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
Talent Acquisition
The Senior Internal Talent Advisor will be responsible for:
* Presentation of insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
* Leveraging data analysis to drive process improvements and optimize recruiting strategies.
Team Leadership
The successful candidate will lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery, utilizing their expertise to:
* Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.
* Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
