* Azure Agile Environment: Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Jira Backlog Management: Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
