We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Case Management team as an intern. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain real-world experience and contribute to the development of our fraud case intake and resolution platform.

 1. Assist in Fraud Case Intake and Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve fraud-related cases.
 2. Document Return Materials Processes: Develop and maintain processes for traceability and evidence handling.
 3. Support SOP Creation and Refinement: Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures for fraud and marketing workflows.
 4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Fraud Ops, Decision Science, and Technical teams to align platform inputs.
 5. Participate in Testing and Feedback: Assist in testing and providing feedback on new platform features.
You should be currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or a related field (penultimate or final year). Strong academic performance and attention to detail are required.
