For more information, click here. What you will do The Senior Finance Analyst is a key member of the Customer Development Team providing financial leadership and analytics for our customer team. This role will partner with our Customer Leadership teams, assessing financial impact & strategy for the channel. Key Responsibilities: Own Trade Budget Variance Analysis activities including process standardization and proactively evaluating risks and opportunities to ensure we deliver our targets Coordinate consolidation, collection and validation of monthly LE data across all channel customers Improve Trade Investment efficiency using data driven insights and standardized analytics which measure trade investment return on investment Partner with customer teams to support month close activities to receive insights and analytics for Retail Inventory Data and shipments Support future efficiency enablers including optimizing business processes and advancing standardization, report automation, analytics/visualization, and finance technology initiatives including Lynx enhancements. What we are looking for Required Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance Solid experience in Finance, Accounting or related business experience Advanced English and Advanced Excel skills Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels in the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
