Position Summary
This role focuses on driving the implementation of urban and regional development projects, leveraging expertise in regional and urban development, urban buildings and social infrastructure, economic development, and disaster risk management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of experience in these fields, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve urban and regional development goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop strategies for success.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
* Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive project outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as urban planning, economics, or environmental science.
* A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in urban and regional development, urban buildings and social infrastructure, economic development, and disaster risk management.
* Proven experience working with EU, EIB, WB etc. financed projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* A strong command of English (CEFR C1).
