Overview
As the Project Manager for the Digital Grid – Grid Enhancing Technology (DG GET) organization, you are a key figure in driving and delivering sold contracts for the LATAM region. You will liaise with customers, our engineering teams, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver DG GET projects in LATAM, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely execution.
Coordinate project schedules, scope, services, materials, and customer management in line with project standards and customer requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from contract signing through to the end of the warranty period.
Communicate effectively—both orally and in writing—with all partners including customers and internal teams.
Share lessons learned from projects to drive continuous improvement in processes and strategy.
Provide market and project insights to improve the DG GET portfolio and maintain a customer-centric focus.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronics, Power, or an equivalent technical field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years of proven success in similar roles driving digital products and digital transformation.
Technical experience within the energy industry.
Strong passion for new technologies, with knowledge of IoT, digitalization, and automation trends.
Customer-focused mindset with collaboration, creativity, and open communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish at intermediate level.
