We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier tech talent across the Americas.

 * Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent, particularly in the US market.
 * Strong understanding of the US tech industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter who can source, screen, and assess technical candidates across various technology domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent and a strong understanding of the US tech industry.
Responsibilities:
 * Sourcing, screening, and assessing technical candidates across various technology domains.
 * Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
 * Negotiating competitive compensation packages and closing deals efficiently.
 * Managing and mentoring a team of 2-3 technical recruiters.
Requirements:
 * Talent Acquisition: Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
 * Source, screen, and assess technical candidates across various technology domains, including software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
 * Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
 * Conduct basic technical screening to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit when needed.
 * Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close deals efficiently.
 * Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent, particularly in the US market.
 * Strong understanding of the US tech industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
