Data Insights Specialist
At our organization, we're building a data-driven culture where insights shape decisions. We're seeking a skilled Data Analyst who can think like a business partner and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain dashboards & projection tools for sales, marketing, inventory, etc.
* Analyze ecommerce & marketing data (Shopify, ads, reviews)
* Identify trends in conversion, retention, and customer behavior
* Support leadership with clear insights and recommendations
* Answer real business questions, fast
Requirements:
* Strong SQL + Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Experience with dashboards & KPIs
* AI Automation experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.
* Ecommerce or DTC experience preferred
* Comfortable communicating insights in English
* Bonus: Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
