 
        
        Technical Sales Expert
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to provide technical expertise as part of our dynamic sales team. As a Technical Sales Expert, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Channel Account Managers to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Partner with AEs and CAMs to develop and execute sales strategies for assigned territories and key partners
 * Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and partners
 * Plan and execute Proof of Value (PoV) activities, including scoping the PoV to align with business objectives, defining relevant success criteria and metrics, designing the PoV environment, installing and configuring relevant products, providing technical support to prospective customers, and executing the PoV in accordance with agreed-upon success criteria
 * Communicate feature requests and product ideas backed by data from sales engagements into product management. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize features and contribute to the development of our product roadmap
 * Document ongoing sales cycles and PoVs in Salesforce.com
 * Collaborate and educate technical peers within Channel partners to identify new sales opportunities
 * Ensure the security and privacy of our company and its customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Experience with complex technical sales cycles, including deep discovery and presenting complex Proof of Value (evaluations)
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts to various levels of stakeholders, from IT professionals to C-level executives
 * Understanding of network services and systems, including routing and local and wide area network design Familiarity with popular firewall vendors and basic rule design
 * Understanding of authentication methods and protocols, including SAML and RADIUS
 * Understanding of endpoint security and AV, EDR, Incident Response, Forensics tools or other endpoint or network security solutions
 * Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, including network stacks
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex network environments to support evaluations on customers' premises or with cloud-hosted products
 * Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Nice to Have:
 * Experience selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
 * Experience selling endpoint or network security solutions, including SASE, SSE, VPN, EDR, Incident Response
 * Programming or scripting skills, including PowerShell, Python, or Bash
 * Cloud IaaS vendor experience, including networking and security service operations
 * Security or networking certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+
 * IT or Security operations experience
