Wireless Network SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Network Specialist to join our team.
This professional will be responsible for the commissioning, integration, and validation of controllers (BSC/RNC) as well as operation and management of OSS platforms.This role requires strong experience in mobile networks, with a focus on 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with our planning, O&M, and optimization teams to ensure network performance and stability.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting processes for wireless networks.
They will also possess solid knowledge of RF parameters, handovers, features, and network architecture.Responsibilities include:Performing commissioning, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of BSC/RNC and OSS.Executing configuration, expansion, and technical audit activities on OSS platforms.Supporting field activities related to site activation, swaps, migrations, and network expansions.Ensuring correct implementation of parameters, scripts, and integration routines.Monitoring network KPIs and alarms, identifying and resolving faults.Preparing technical reports, action plans, and network documentation.Technical Requirements:Proven experience with BSC and/or RNC Controllers (any vendor).
Knowledge of OSS and network management tools.Strong understanding of commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting processes for wireless networks.Solid knowledge of RF parameters, handovers, features, and network architecture.Ability to interpret logs, KPIs, and performance reports.Experience with integration scripts (MML, CLI, or equivalent).
Desired Profile:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Clear and objective communication with clients and internal teams.Ability to work under pressure and during critical maintenance windows.Education:Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Certifications or training related to mobile networks will be considered an advantage.
