Opportunity: Technical Support – Service Provider
This is a contract (PJ) opportunity for professionals affiliated with a service provider. The role is located in Fazenda Retiro, Goiânia - GO and requires daily on‑site attendance to provide local and remote support within our SLA. The assignment is a 20‑day fixed term, with commercial hours.
Responsibilities and Atribuições
* Be on‑site to perform Field Service support, providing local and remote assistance.
* Perform computer formatting and use Hiren's BootCD.
* Configure Windows operating system and deploy image.
