The ideal candidate will have skills in technologies such as JavaScript and Front-end development.The selected candidate will be tasked with the development and support of solutions directly aligned with SAP in the context of multiple SAP modules, working collaboratively in an agile team environment. Responsibilities may encompass addressing integration challenges, system and application configuration and development, executing unit and integration tests, among other tasks. Also, will be responsible for articulating and elucidating solutions to global teams and architects in English.Moreover, the product plays a critical role on enabling and promoting adoption of tech capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of manufacturing processes on a global scale. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural setting, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the product and the satisfaction of our worldwide customer base.Main ResponsibilitiesIn the team, your role is to support innovations in products with a focus on artificial intelligence. Additionally, you will be an important link between software analysts, product managers, and scrum masters. Your main activities are:Act as an entrepreneur in residence in the search for artificial intelligence solutions;Develop machine learning algorithms based on classification, regression, as well as LLMs through prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agent development;Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs as well as technical robustness criteria for long-term operations;Operate in the “Build & Run” model, meaning all functionality and/or model development will be supported by the same team;Actively work on solving problems by seeking the root cause and working with customers to ensure operations in incident resolution;Train and help develop other team members;Follow agile methods standards as per the software industry market, especially seeking metrics associated with Elite Engineering;Document code, processes, and solutions developed, and provide training and guidance to end users and team members;Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies and contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing products and processes.What You NeedBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related areas;Advanced English skills: broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates and provides training;Experience with the Databricks Platform including MLFlow;Ability to create Machine Learning models with the main frameworks of scikit-learn and XGBoost;Programming in Python and SQL;Problem-solving and communication skills;Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with IT teams and business partners;Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, as required;Flexibility to work part-time in Indaiatuba/SP – 50% at the office.What Makes You Stand OutUnderstanding of business processes related to manufacturing processes;Experience in developing microservices in building APIs for serving models as well as integration with systems;Experience with LLMs, prompting and Flow Engineering;Monitoring and observability of served APIs and models;Experience in SAP applications.Nossos principais benefíciosRemuneração variável;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Previdência Privada;Benefício Ótica;Reembolso vacina;Universidade Corporativa;Wellhub (Gympass);Dependendo da unidade, você terá restaurante no local, vale refeição ou alimentação;Auxílio farmácia;Entre outrosNosso Processo SeletivoA seleção começa com a sua inscrição, para algumas vagas, existem alguns testes adicionais.
