Job Overview
As a SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing integration processes between applications across cloud and on-premise systems using the Dell Boomi platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Integration Development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes to ensure seamless communication between various systems. This includes creating custom integration flows (iFlows) to connect SAP SuccessFactors with multiple systems.
* SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Work closely with stakeholders to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, third-party systems, and other SaaS applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring smooth data exchange and business process automation.
* API Management: Utilize APIs, MDM (Master Data Management), and enterprise web services to facilitate integration and improve data quality. Your ability to manage APIs will enable us to optimize our integration processes and reduce errors.
* Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing of integration processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure that our integration processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation for integration processes and workflows. This will enable our team to understand and replicate your work, reducing the learning curve and improving overall efficiency.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Dell Boomi Platform: You must have hands-on experience with these technologies and be able to design and develop complex integration processes.
* Cloud Integration and Application Integration: You should have a strong understanding of cloud integration principles and be able to design and implement secure and efficient integration processes.
* Enterprise Web Services: Familiarity with enterprise web services and APIs is essential for this role. You should be able to utilize these technologies to facilitate integration and improve data quality.
* Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP and familiarity with API development are highly desirable.
* Language Skills: Advanced English language skills are required for effective communication with stakeholders and colleagues.
