Senior Project Manager Role
About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our IT project management initiatives in an Agile Scrum environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project budgets, delivering projects on time and within scope, and overseeing all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile Scrum environment, focusing on application software development.
* Manage cross-functional teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 8 years of IT project management experience in Agile Scrum environment, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Prior hands-on development or coding experience is highly desirable.
