Strategic Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced B2B professional to manage key client relationships in the travel industry.
* Oversee assigned territory clients to drive sales growth, foster account expansion, and identify new business opportunities.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve targets, address client needs, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories to expand our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Requirements
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of long-term commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Experienced in delivering results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese as a working language is beneficial.
