Chili is looking for Design or Engineering students from their 2nd year onward who are ready to dive into the world of UX/UI and performance-driven web development. Program Overview

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement landing pages that drive performance.
- Develop and edit front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for page optimization.
- Use tools such as Figma, WordPress, Webflow, or Unbounce to create and publish pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align design and functionality with campaign strategies.
- Assist in setting up A/B tests and tracking performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Students from 2nd year onward (Design, Computer Engineering, Web Development, or related fields).
- Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva).
- Interest in UX/UI, web design, and performance optimization.
- Creative mindset with technical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese (English or Spanish is a plus).
- Curiosity and ambition to grow at the intersection of design and technology.
