Digital Asset Manager
In the role of a Digital Asset Manager, you will manage the delivery of digital and print assets to platforms and vendors, administer uploads to the Digital Asset Management system for one of MediaMonks’ biggest clients, and train new team members. You will also offer first‑line support on user questions, provide documentation and reporting for each delivery, and assist with the client’s asset library.
In This Role, You Will
Your key objective is flawless, timely, and complete syndication of assets to platforms and DAM using the right naming conventions and metadata.
Follow asset delivery protocols for each project while navigating uncertain platform delivery requirements through collaboration with PMs and QA team.
Produce delivery reports according to the predefined protocols and attach them to the corresponding JIRA tasks.
Flag in advance any risks related to the timeliness or completeness of the delivery of the files.
Your role is key to making our collaboration with clients a success. If assets are not delivered to platforms on time, a campaign start is at risk and the content team effort to produce the assets on time is annulled.
Proactively flag any discrepancies in the requirements or the process and propose solutions or updates to the established process.
Maintain and update delivery checklists to ensure consistent processes across all projects and Delivery Teams.
Develop and maintain training materials for both the DAM and its integrated tools.
Train new and existing monks where needed on our DAM, asset review and approval platform, and asset library.
Collaborate with your counterparts in other time zones.
Answer first‑line support questions on the use of the DAM and the asset library.
Experience You Already Have
Experience as a Digital Asset Manager/asset delivery in advertising and marketing.
Experience using a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, preferably as administrator or as librarian/curator.
Experience working with creative, ops, and account teams.
Ability to combine asset management with critical thinking and a hands‑on approach.
Strong understanding of the different types of assets used to make creative work (image, video, sound, font, animation, templates, etc.).
Ability to adapt quickly and accommodate creative requirements without compromising compliance and integrity.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
Consummate networker and relationship builder capable of navigating a global organization.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities.
