Senior ServiceNow Technical Specialist
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT and ServiceNow, with a strong focus on custom application development and complex integrations.
A Senior ServiceNow Technical Specialist is required to work on high-volume data integrations, preferably with knowledge in HRSD and App Engine. The role involves working collaboratively with clients and functional teams to implement ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and building customized applications using ServiceNow AppEngine.
* Develop scoped applications that utilize all of ServiceNow's platform functionality
* Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services
* Work with the latest ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance applications
The successful candidate will be an expert in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, client, and server scripts is also essential. Additionally, the ability to build dashboards and reports using ServiceNow is crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop reports and dashboards
* Work with CIOs, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, PPM) and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advances technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 8-10+ years overall experience with IT and 4+ years specializing in ServiceNow
* Previous Custom Application Development using ServiceNow is critical
* Must speak fluent Portuguese and English
Desirable Skills:
* Nice to have knowledge in HRSD and App Engine
* ITOM specialist in Discovery and Service Mapping
