The Partner Channel Marketing Manager for Investments (PCMM-I) role is key to Microsoft's Global Partner Solutions organization strategy. This role is responsible for landing the Brazil Incentives and Investments Strategy, managing the Brazil Incentives and Investments budget, leads the Brazil profitability strategy, and key LATAM regional Partner Incentives programs.
In this role, you will lead the cross-organizational effort to land the end-to-end incentives and investments strategy, ensuring key stakeholders have a clear understanding around how the Brazil is investing in Partners across the portfolio and that the Area is informed of discretionary program and offer execution plans. Manage key partner relationships to ensure execution plans are communicated and managed effectively both internally and externally.
You will manage the local incentives and investments budget, optimizing for high ROI, and build local partner investment principles to support GPS business priorities and accelerate Partner digital transformation. You will need to be a visible thought leader for profitability, leading strategic discussions with Brazil & LATAM Area Leadership that support Partner Transformation, provide feedback and actionable insights on investment efficacy, and explore synergies with other areas of the business to land integrated motions aligned to compete and profitability in market.

- Define and shape the Brazil Incentives and Investments Strategy aligned to Microsoft business objectives and local Partner priorities. Include approved budget allocation and design and GTM execution plans across discretionary programs and offers that will drive high ROI.
- Ensure local investments support key Solution Area priorities as prioritized by the Area.
- Land programs locally with Partners and the Field leveraging Corp delivered bill of materials.
- Be the Partner Investments and Incentives leader for Brazil and key LATAM Regional key Partner Incentives and programs.
- Maintain 360-degree view of Microsoft Area incentive and investments budget, orchestrating execution aligned to discretionary programs and offers to ensure full budget utilization is achieved in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Validate that allocation and consumption of funds meet all financial and compliance controls.
- Analyze incentives and investment impact and communicate Partner investment results. Work across local Field teams to accelerate Partner digital transformation.
- Localize Area-specific profitability model based on Corp-delivered, driving clarity on market opportunity and potential profitability for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to Brazil and LATAM Area Profitability strategy with Area Leadership.
- Leverage Corporate Partner profitability reports to analyze partner opportunity compared to Microsoft competitors, recommending alignment of available funds to Partner opportunities to achieve scorecard KPIs.
- Share best practices, lessons learned and actionable feedback with the worldwide Partner investments and incentives community to support growth and transformation.
- Seek opportunities to collaborate across the Brazil and LATAM Area teams, connecting activities to simplify and drive success
- Be a champion for holistic growth. Advocate for business models that drive the One Microsoft business.

- Maintains knowledge of GPS policies and guidelines and guides teams on compliant deal execution.
- Participation in the Local Investment Councils.
- Utilize standard GPS tools to drive monthly local incentive reporting & dashboard to view profitability with key business partners.
- Monthly report out on partner rhythm-of-the-business (ROB), Microsoft area incentive results and communications.
